The kitchen and the bath room in the first floor are reduced and with high contrast furnished. The pool in the patio as well as the roof top terrace with its unique mountain view let you forget the rest of the world.
The windows have multiple glazing and there is a heat pump installed providing heath in the winter as well as cold in the summer. And the best is, that the heating & cooling system is working through in-wall radiators switchable in each individual room.
The kitchen with its high-end equipment and beatiful mix between purism and typically majorcan elements will invite you to do some tapas or pealla.

the village and its amenities
The original village is seated on a small hill. You can do all your important, daily tasks by foot in 2-3 minutes: two small supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy, a bank, a post office. Everything is situated around the well-tended marketplace.
If you like to discover the villages in the neighborhood, you will drive through the hilly ground and reach Inca in 15 minutes by car. Every Wednesday you can visit the unique market in Sineu only 10 minutes by car, where fresh almonds, craftsmanship and also crafted beer is offered. You will love it.
